Responsibility
- Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term strategic planning processes for APAC operations.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and cost optimization strategies.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports with actionable insights for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial goals with operational objectives and drive KPI achievement.
- Analyze market trends, competitive benchmarks, and internal metrics to identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Oversee variance analysis and provide root-cause explanations for deviations from targets.
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting, automation, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Support M&A due diligence and integration activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA/CPA is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in manufacturing, technology, or industrial sectors.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and BI tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a multinational environment with cross-regional teams.
- Fluency in English; additional Asian languages are advantageous.
