Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain pricing and charging structures in billing systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance reporting, to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to optimize billing systems and enhance financial data integrity.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management with actionable insights.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects related to financial process improvements, system upgrades, or cost optimization initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial controls.
- Support ad-hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or FMVA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), preferably in the healthcare or hospital industry.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting using tools like Excel, Power BI, or ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of billing systems, revenue cycles, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Experience with SQL, SAP, Oracle, or other financial software is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
