Responsibility
- Manage and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payroll documentation in a timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with tax laws, labor regulations, and industry standards.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes, reduce inefficiencies, and implement best practices.
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Support the development and enforcement of internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or compliance roles, preferably in the wellness, retail, or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, tax regulations, and compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Southeast Asian financial and regulatory environments is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid setting.
