Responsibility
- Manage and reconcile high-volume financial accounts with precision and efficiency.
- Process transactions, invoices, and payments while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor account activities, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making and client insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding financial inquiries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial software, tools, and industry best practices.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all financial tasks.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with GAAP or other accounting standards is a plus.
