Responsibility
- Lead the development and delivery of consolidated management reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Spearhead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to guide strategic decisions.
- Conduct in-depth working capital analysis to optimize liquidity, cash flow, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee manpower cost planning, ensuring alignment with business goals, productivity metrics, and cost-control initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline financial operations and enhance accuracy.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and recommendations for resource allocation and business growth.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to senior leadership with clear, actionable recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements in a multi-jurisdictional context.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CMA is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or corporate finance, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting using tools like Excel, Power BI, or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of manpower cost analysis, workforce planning, and HR financial metrics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to translate complex data into strategic insights.
- Experience working in multinational companies or fast-growing organizations in Southeast Asia is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
