As a key member of our accounting department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic reporting. Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day financial accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and month-end closing processes.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of bank accounts, intercompany transactions, and other financial records.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and address findings.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate risks.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing financial insights and variance analysis.
- Manage tax filings, including VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory requirements, in coordination with tax advisors.
- Liaise with cross-departmental teams to ensure alignment on financial reporting and compliance matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in a multinational or corporate environment.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and local tax regulations (Indonesian tax laws are a plus).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and ethical standards in handling sensitive financial data.
