Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll processing.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate audits and ensure tax compliance.
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to senior management for strategic planning.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support financial stability.
- Mentor and train accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls within a multinational or outsourcing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, remote or hybrid work setting.
