Responsibility
- Lead and manage all finance and accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support strategic business decisions.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate filings.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management for business optimization.
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and other regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance (Indonesian regulations preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a finance team.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
