Responsibility
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the F&B group.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk across multiple locations.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with operational teams to drive cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Mentor and develop finance team members to enhance performance and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance.
- Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
