Responsibility
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, expense bills, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Process and reconcile financial transactions in a timely manner to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and budgets as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and ensure proper documentation.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Conduct regular audits of financial records to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial administration, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
