Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for plant operations.
- Monitor and control plant expenditures, ensuring alignment with budgets and financial targets.
- Collaborate with plant management to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial performance.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for plant operations.
- Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data and documentation.
- Develop and maintain financial models to aid in decision-making and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to plant locations as needed.
