Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and optimize financial performance.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely management reports, financial statements, and forecasts for the Company Sub-Group.
- Drive financial planning and analysis (FP&A) initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights, risk assessments, and recommendations for business growth and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Lead financial audits, internal controls, and risk management processes to safeguard company assets and ensure operational efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate investment opportunities, capital expenditures, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, or ACCA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a senior management or leadership role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, management accounting, FP&A, and strategic financial planning.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax compliance, and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of mentoring and developing finance teams.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel. Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar tools is a plus.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
