Responsibility
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses in compliance with Indonesian tax laws.
- Assist in tax planning and advisory services to optimize clients' financial strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and ensure adherence to all legal requirements.
- Collaborate with senior accountants to review financial statements and identify tax-saving opportunities.
- Liaise with clients to gather necessary documentation and clarify financial information.
- Support audit processes by preparing tax-related documentation and reports.
- Assist in resolving tax disputes and inquiries from tax authorities.
- Contribute to internal process improvements to enhance efficiency in tax operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in tax accounting (for Senior role) or fresh graduates with internship experience (for Junior role).
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
