Responsibility
- Manage and monitor the company's accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate payment collection.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients, ensuring all details are accurate and in compliance with company policies.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve any discrepancies or issues with clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions related to accounts receivable.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly recorded.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address client inquiries and resolve billing issues.
- Generate regular reports on accounts receivable status and present findings to management.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial records are accurate and complete.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable, financial management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
