Responsibility
- Lead and oversee all financial reporting for UK multi-entity operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international standards.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning to support business growth and stability.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory accounts, tax filings, and regulatory reports.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in UK financial reporting standards (UK GAAP, IFRS) and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Experience managing multi-entity financial operations and consolidations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work in an office-based setting in Bali with flexibility for occasional travel.
