Responsibility
- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and IFRS.
- Oversee general ledger accounting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
- Manage tax compliance, including VAT, corporate income tax, and other regulatory filings.
- Coordinate and lead internal and external audits, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with financial reporting, audits, and compliance in a multinational environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
