Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Support the accounting team with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Prepare and submit tax filings, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
- Handle ad-hoc accounting tasks and support the team with day-to-day operations.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for financial documents.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
- Familiarity with local tax regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
