Responsibility
- Record and process daily financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct regular stock inventories (stock opname) for both retail stores and warehouses.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records in accordance with company standards.
- Support the finance team in audits and other financial reviews as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
