Responsibility
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and month-end closing.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Develop and monitor budgets, providing insights to optimize financial performance.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure smooth compliance processes.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and financial planning.
- Stay updated on tax laws and financial regulations to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in the technology or startup industry is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
