Responsibility
- Lead and manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial statements.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring adherence to local and international tax regulations.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.
- Proven expertise in month-end closing, financial reporting, and audit support.
- Strong knowledge of tax compliance, GAAP, and IFRS standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
