Responsibility
- Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies to support AI-driven fintech operations, ensuring alignment with MAS objectives and regulatory standards.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee end-to-end operations, optimizing processes for efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness in a digital finance environment.
- AI Integration: Lead the adoption of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to enhance financial decision-making, risk management, and customer experiences.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, external vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless project delivery and compliance.
- Budget & Forecasting: Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the initiative, providing data-driven insights to senior leadership.
- Risk & Compliance: Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks, ensuring adherence to MAS guidelines and international best practices.
- Team Development: Mentor and lead a high-performing finance and operations team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs to measure the success of AI and digital finance initiatives, driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or FRM certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years in finance and operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within fintech, digital banking, or AI-driven financial services.
- AI & Digital Finance: Proven experience in implementing AI/ML solutions in financial contexts, with a deep understanding of digital transformation.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with financial regulations in Singapore or Southeast Asia, including MAS guidelines, AML, and KYC requirements.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, data analytics tools (Python, SQL, Tableau), and ERP/financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, innovative setting with a willingness to embrace new technologies and methodologies.
