Responsibility
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and tax compliance in alignment with local and international standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, HR) to optimize financial processes and controls.
- Drive budgeting, cost analysis, and variance reporting to enhance financial performance.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to leadership development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and company policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline finance operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting/finance, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, GAAP/IFRS, and tax regulations (Indonesian experience preferred).
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Experience in tech or fast-paced industries is highly advantageous.
- Leadership potential with a track record of mentoring teams or driving process improvements.
- Ability to work in Bali (relocation support may be provided for exceptional candidates).
