Responsibility
- Verify and ensure compliance of all tax-related documents in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
- Administer and index financial records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for audits.
- Prepare and submit tax reports, filings, and declarations within deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and update internal policies accordingly.
- Conduct periodic financial reviews to identify risks and opportunities for optimization.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes with tax implications in mind.
- Provide guidance to junior staff on tax procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax accounting or financial compliance.
- Proficiency in tax software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Certification (e.g., Brevet A/B, CPA) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
