Responsibility
- Perform installation, calibration, and maintenance of XRD, XRF, SC-XRD, and micro-CT systems.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Conduct training sessions for customers on system operation and maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, escalating as needed.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to support customer needs.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in scientific instrumentation.
- Travel to customer sites across Bali and potentially other regions as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service or technical support for scientific instruments.
- Strong knowledge of XRD, XRF, SC-XRD, or micro-CT systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
