Responsibility
- Lead and manage all F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, and room service.
- Develop and implement innovative menus and beverage programs aligned with guest preferences.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all F&B outlets.
- Train, mentor, and supervise F&B staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with the executive team to enhance guest experiences and drive revenue.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new concepts to elevate the resort’s F&B offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing large, multicultural teams.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, cost control, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest relations skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Flexibility to work in a remote island location with a dynamic schedule.
