Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of power distribution systems for critical infrastructure projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies, load analysis, and system modeling to optimize electrical performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with local and international electrical standards (e.g., IEEE, NEC, SNI).
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of high-voltage and low-voltage power systems, including transformers, switchgear, and control panels.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of electrical assets.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide innovative, cost-effective solutions to enhance system reliability.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation for project stakeholders and regulatory submissions.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems specialization preferred).
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in power electrical engineering, with a focus on critical infrastructure, transport systems, or industrial facilities.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification in electrical engineering (e.g., Chartered Engineer).
- Proven expertise in power system design, protection, and automation (e.g., SCADA, PLC, relay coordination).
- Strong knowledge of high-voltage systems (11kV-150kV), substations, and electrical safety protocols.
- Experience with project management (PMP certification is a plus) and leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with Bali’s regulatory environment and local electrical codes is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
