Responsibility
- Lead and oversee Medical Affairs strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement Clinical Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Conduct and manage Clinical Audits to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to establish and maintain Clinical Governance frameworks.
- Drive Quality Assurance programs to uphold the highest standards of medical care and service delivery.
- Analyze clinical data and trends to inform evidence-based decision-making and process optimizations.
- Serve as a liaison between medical teams, administrative staff, and external stakeholders to foster seamless communication.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in Healthcare Administration and Medical Affairs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Governance, or Healthcare Quality Management.
- Proven track record in Clinical Audits, Quality Improvement, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Strong understanding of Clinical Governance frameworks and healthcare operational standards.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience working in international or multicultural healthcare settings is a plus.
- Certification in Healthcare Quality (e.g., CPHQ) or related fields is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is beneficial but not required.
