Responsibility

  • Develop and execute global marketing and communications strategies to enhance Taylor’s Education Group’s international brand visibility.
  • Manage cross-border partnerships with universities, agents, and education stakeholders to expand market reach.
  • Oversee the creation of multilingual content (digital, print, and social media) tailored to international audiences.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth in key regions (e.g., Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Europe).
  • Coordinate international events, webinars, and roadshows to engage prospective students and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (admissions, academic, PR) to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with institutional goals.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of international campaigns using data-driven insights (Google Analytics, CRM tools).
  • Act as a liaison between the Bali office and global headquarters to streamline communication and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or international business, preferably in the education sector.
  • Proven track record in global campaign management and cross-cultural stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Arabic) is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, social media platforms) and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional project management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
