Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all financial reporting activities, including bank reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, and month-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity and financial stability.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate risks.
- Provide financial guidance and support to other departments to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
