Responsibility
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local regulations
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring proper documentation and approvals
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial data and support budgeting processes
- Assist in tax compliance and reporting requirements for Indonesian operations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial reporting and accounting procedures
- Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis for management decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in retail or FMCG industries
- Professional certification (CPA, CA, or equivalent) is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
