Responsibility
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of facility-related projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and budgetary constraints.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal functionality of all building systems, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring service delivery meets quality and cost-efficiency standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Lead space utilization and workplace optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee productivity.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness plans, including disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
- Monitor and analyze facility performance metrics, presenting data-driven recommendations to senior management.
- Foster a culture of sustainability by implementing energy-saving and waste-reduction initiatives across all facilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or corporate environments.
- Proven track record in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and compliance with local/international standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in facility management software (e.g., CMMS, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager) or LEED AP are highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
