Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.
- Manage HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management in HRIS systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies in Indonesia and other relevant jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and improve service delivery.
- Handle employee inquiries related to benefits, compensation, and HR policies with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare and submit HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Assist in the implementation of HR digital transformation initiatives to enhance automation and efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee records and sensitive HR information.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR Shared Services, payroll, or HR operations, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing company.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, payroll systems, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in process improvement and automation within HR functions is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
