Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil and infrastructural projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Coordinate with architects, urban planners, and stakeholders to integrate sustainable and innovative design solutions.
- Supervise site works, including construction, grading, drainage, and utility installations, to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost estimations for infrastructure projects.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, reports, and tender documents using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance across all project phases.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
- Liaise with government agencies, clients, and contractors to secure approvals and resolve technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in infrastructure design, with a focus on urban development, transportation, or public works.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, BIM, and other engineering software.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience working in multicultural teams and managing cross-border projects.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
