Responsibility
- Assist the Corporate Finance Manager in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct financial modeling and valuation analyses to support strategic decisions.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance to identify risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and systems.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and investment activities with financial due diligence.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for financial improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and compliance.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, financial software, and ERP systems.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Certifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA are a plus.
