Responsibility
- Manage complex executive calendars, prioritizing meetings, appointments, and deadlines with precision.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and visa requirements.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence to support executive decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Oversee operational tasks such as expense tracking, vendor management, and office supply procurement.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively address them to streamline workflows.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
