Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate healthcare research grant applications, ensuring timely submission and compliance with institutional policies.
- Liaise with researchers, funding agencies, and internal stakeholders to facilitate grant-related processes.
- Prepare and review grant proposals, budgets, and progress reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor grant expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Organize and maintain grant documentation, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of financial and administrative reports for senior management.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to grant management.
- Provide administrative support to research teams, including scheduling, communication, and logistical arrangements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in grant management, administrative support, or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or research setting.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and grant management software.
- Familiarity with research compliance regulations and funding agency requirements.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
