Responsibility
- Provide high-level administrative support to the HEAL Programme leadership, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
- Manage program documentation, reports, and presentations to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, government agencies, and community partners.
- Coordinate logistics for health workshops, training sessions, and community outreach events.
- Monitor program budgets, track expenses, and assist in financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain databases, tracking systems, and progress reports for program evaluation.
- Assist in drafting proposals, grant applications, and funding reports to support program sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, healthcare regulations, and data protection standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in executive assistance, program coordination, or healthcare administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and CRM systems.
- Experience in budget management, financial tracking, or grant reporting is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
