Responsibility
- Manage front-desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate and maintain office schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
- Assist with legal and administrative documentation, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other business documents.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring inventory is well-stocked and organized.
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Uphold a tidy and welcoming office environment conducive to productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in receptionist, clerical, or administrative roles.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-service-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Basic knowledge of legal or office administrative procedures is a plus.
