The National University of Singapore (NUS) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive, Administration to join our team in Bali, Indonesia on a 2-year contract. As a Senior Executive in Administration, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions, supporting academic and operational excellence. Responsibility
- Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, events, and workshops, including logistics, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and vendors, to support university objectives.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for administrative and compliance purposes.
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and financial reporting for assigned administrative functions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative management, preferably in an academic or corporate setting.
- Proven track record of managing complex administrative processes and leading teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with university policies, procedures, and compliance requirements is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
