Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Analyze business processes and recommend ERP solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Configure and customize ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR) to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Provide training and change management support to end-users and stakeholders.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Develop documentation, including functional specifications and user manuals.
- Stay updated on ERP trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant, with expertise in platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proven track record of leading ERP implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, or HR.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
