Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.
- Analyze business processes and recommend ERP best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements, customizations, and integrations.
- Configure and test ERP modules (e.g., Finance, HR, Supply Chain) to meet client specifications.
- Provide training and change management support to ensure smooth user adoption.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance for scalability.
- Develop detailed documentation, including user manuals, process flows, and technical specifications.
- Stay updated on ERP trends (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in ERP consulting, implementation, or support.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, CRM).
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Certifications in ERP platforms (e.g., SAP Certified, Oracle Certified) are a plus.
- Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
