Responsibility
- Design, develop, and test innovative software solutions for fintech applications, ensuring scalability and security.
- Build and iterate on Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to validate new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging trends in financial technology, including blockchain, AI, and digital payments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and engineering) to translate R&D findings into actionable product features.
- Document technical specifications, research findings, and development processes for internal knowledge sharing.
- Optimize existing systems and prototypes for performance, usability, and cost-efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 1-2 years of experience in software development, R&D, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong projects are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, or Go with a solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.
- Experience with APIs, microservices, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
- Familiarity with fintech concepts (e.g., payment gateways, cryptocurrency, or fraud detection) is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
