Responsibility
- Deliver direct nursing care to patients, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and document care accurately.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their caregivers.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Maintain a safe and clean healthcare environment in compliance with infection control policies.
- Assist in emergency situations and provide immediate care as required.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license or registration in Indonesia (STR and SIP).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a nurse, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare teams.
