Responsibility
- Oversee and manage maintenance, utilities, and boiler operations to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering activities with production goals and company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all engineering operations.
- Monitor and optimize energy consumption and resource utilization to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating new technologies and best practices in engineering management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering management, with a focus on maintenance, utilities, and boiler operations.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing engineering teams in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex engineering issues.
- Proficiency in using engineering software and tools for maintenance planning and resource management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in engineering management or related fields is a plus.
