Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end engagement with enterprise customers, from initial discovery to successful implementation and adoption.
- Develop and execute strategic delivery plans aligned with customer business objectives and technical requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving revenue growth.
- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Provide thought leadership and best practices in graph database technology and data management.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Contribute to the development of engagement methodologies, tools, and templates to enhance delivery efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer engagement, project management, or consulting, preferably in the technology sector.
- Proven track record of managing complex enterprise projects and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of database technologies, with experience in graph databases being a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally to client sites or company offices as needed.
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or relevant technical certifications are a plus.
