Responsibility
- Design, develop, and test embedded electronics hardware systems to meet project specifications and performance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and project managers, to integrate hardware and firmware solutions.
- Troubleshoot and debug hardware issues, ensuring system stability and optimal performance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including schematics, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and technical reports.
- Conduct feasibility studies and prototype testing to validate design concepts and identify potential improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in embedded systems and hardware design.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all hardware development processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in embedded electronics hardware design, development, and testing.
- Strong proficiency in PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, KiCad, Eagle) and familiarity with CAD software.
- Hands-on experience with microcontrollers, FPGAs, sensors, and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN).
- Solid understanding of analog and digital circuit design, power management, and signal integrity.
- Experience with debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters) and test equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) to articulate technical concepts clearly.
