Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, calibration, and maintenance of PnP machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including mechanical, electrical, and software-related problems.
- Provide training and technical support to clients on machine operation and maintenance best practices.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Document service activities, including issue resolution, parts replacement, and customer feedback.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and recommend upgrades or modifications to improve machine efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards during all service activities.
- Travel to client sites across Bali and potentially other regions as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of PnP machines, SMT equipment, or similar automated systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Certification in relevant technical fields or manufacturer-specific training is a plus.
