Responsibility
- Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of electrical systems for residential, commercial, and industrial properties, ensuring compliance with local and international standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).
- Conduct feasibility studies, load calculations, and system modeling using industry-leading software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, Revit).
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and project managers to integrate electrical designs seamlessly into broader infrastructure projects.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and specifications for tenders, permits, and construction phases.
- Oversee site inspections and commissioning to ensure systems meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Optimize electrical systems for energy efficiency and sustainability, incorporating renewable energy solutions where applicable.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues, providing innovative and cost-effective solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical system design, with a portfolio of completed projects in diverse sectors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, ETAP, or Dialux for electrical design and simulation.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC, PUIL, SNI for Indonesia).
- Experience with renewable energy systems (solar, wind) or smart grid technologies is highly desirable.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (relocation assistance may be provided).
