Responsibility
- Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of HT/LT electrical systems for data centers, ensuring compliance with international standards (IEC, IEEE, NFPA).
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize system uptime and reliability.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for electrical failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Oversee load balancing, power distribution, and energy efficiency initiatives to optimize data center performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (facilities, IT, safety) to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other infrastructure.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships for procurement, installation, and servicing of electrical equipment.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, local regulations, and environmental standards in all electrical operations.
- Prepare and present technical reports, budgets, and project timelines to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HT/LT electrical systems, with at least 3 years in data center or mission-critical environments.
- Proven expertise in transformers, switchgear, UPS systems, generators, and power distribution networks.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes (NEC, IEC 61439), safety standards (OSHA, NFPA 70E), and energy management systems.
- Experience with SCADA, PLC, or BMS for monitoring and controlling electrical infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers.
- Familiarity with data center certifications (TIA-942, Uptime Institute) is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
