Responsibility
- Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth across multiple platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, official website).
- Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize visibility and sales performance.
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless online shopping experiences.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) to enhance ROI and customer acquisition.
- Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, AOV, and CAC, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for website UX/UI, checkout flows, and email marketing to boost engagement.
- Stay updated on ecommerce trends, tools, and best practices to keep the company ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in ecommerce management, digital marketing, or online retail.
- Proven track record of growing online sales and improving key ecommerce metrics.
- Proficiency in platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento, and tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and SEO strategies is a plus.
